Do you have a bachelor degree in a commercial education and are you an expert in the field of customer services? Can you assist our customers in both Spanish and English? Do you exceed customer expectations through your enthusiasm, kindness and commitment?

 
As a client service employee you support all pre, sales and after sales processes for the sales area Latin America. The department is in full transition in becoming a department that offers an excellent customer experience. You are, together with the account manager, the first point of contact for the customer. You have daily contact with the customer and proactively handle all service-oriented questions and requests. But that's not all, as a client service employee you have a coordinating role between different parties. This means a lot of contact with colleagues from different departments. You will work closely with the quality department to asses and handle any complaints. You take orders and process them in our automated SAP system. Next that you also process the administrative process. As an ambassador, you see it as your challenge and task to give your customers a face within the various internal departments. You are only happy if our customer is too.

To start with, you have at least a bachelor degree in a commercial or administrative direction. In addition, you have extensive experience with customer contact and you are available 40 hours a week. You speak the language of our customers, literally and figuratively, and have excellent social skills. On top of that, we are looking for someone with:

  • Independency and able to perform under high pressure
  • Excellence verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
  • Experience with SAP (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) is a must

You will work within our client service center in Steenderen. The department strives to provide excellent customer experience. Within the 3 different teams the commercial processes are supported for specific countries or areas. Each team consists of 7 to 9 employees including the team leader of the team to whom you report. You will work in the Overseas team with a focus on Latin America. This is a driven team, which makes it a sport to continuously optimize the sales support systems and procedures.
