Did you know that each year at Aviko we process more than 1.7 million tonnes of potatoes into French fries and other high-quality products? And that we ensure the successful and timely delivery of all these products to our customers in over 100 countries? At Client Service & Supply Chain, you help improve our delivery performance and thus build stronger relations with Aviko's clientele.
We are the customer's first point of contact for orders, deliveries, invoices, complaints and general inquiries. We register the sales orders, create export documents, manage the sales data and take care of invoicing. More than anywhere in Aviko, the customer is the primary focus of this department. At Client Service, we even handle questions from consumers! We also focus on optimising the general supply chain: from purchase to production, and from storage to road and sea transport. We are always looking for new ways to increase the quality of our service and, at the same time, to reduce our costs. This also includes development of innovative and environmentally friendly packaging. The shelf life of potato products is getting shorter. Consequently, the planning process at Aviko is becoming increasingly dynamic and complex. That makes Supply Chain Management a continuous challenge.
